About the Dance Company:

The Zuri Middle Eastern Dance Company performs Middle Eastern dance specializing in traditional Egyptian and Turkish routines. All the Zuri dancers attend classes on a regular basis to maintain their skills and learn new choreography. They also attend seminars and workshops given by the well known dancers of our time to extend their knowledge and to keep up with what is happening in the dance community.

Zuri offers classes in Middle Eastern dance in the Mobile and Baldwin county areas with an emphasis on technique and Egyptian styling. This art form is a physically demanding yet fun exercise that is beneficial to the mind, body, and spirit.

Zuri Dancers also demonstrate historical and cultural aspects of Middle Eastern dance and music at area schools.

The Zuri dancers are available for performances. They can be booked for children's parties, family gatherings, retirements, weddings, conventions, and other public events.

Base price for one dancer of the Zuri Dance Company is $100.00. Price is affected by travel, number of dancers, and length and type of the performance. For more information or to book us for your event, contact Maresha.
